Drive business growth through strategic initiatives, targeting new markets and client segments. Plan and execute commercial strategies to increase visibility and market reach. Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia. Build and maintain strategic relationships within the life sciences industry. Lead proposal development with Market Access teams to secure new projects. Gather and share customer insights to influence product development. Collaborate across departments for cohesive project delivery. Support and report to the Head of Market Access. Represent the company externally at industry events and networks. Required Experience: Deep understanding of healthcare technologies and industry dynamics. Experience in strategic relationship management in life sciences. Proficiency in sales cycles and cross-selling. Knowledge of Market Access, including European and JAPAC HTA processes. Strong client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related fields. 7 years in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors. Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and market access requirements. Ability to translate client needs into deliverables. Willingness to travel and work across multiple time zones.
