Head of Construction | Solar/Wind Milan | €80,000 to €90,000 Bonus Piper Maddox is working closely with one of Italy's fastest-growing Independent Power Producers to find their new Head of Construction. Initially responsible as a Senior Construction Manager to initiate the construction of their 1GW pipeline of solar and wind assets across Italy, there is a clear progression to leading this construction team as it expands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Construction or Project Manager with experience in the Italian Wind industry who is seeking a senior leadership role at one of Italy's most exciting IPPs. As Head of Construction, you will: Coordinate and build a strong construction team to execute solar and wind projects across Italy. Oversee multiple utility-scale projects, managing construction teams to ensure schedules, budgets, and scope are adhered to. Lead the design, site preparation, and procurement stages. Key Skills: Proven track record as a senior leader in utility-scale renewable energy construction projects. 5 years in Wind and PV construction project management. Strong experience in Contract, Risk, and Procurement Management. A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. Master's Degree is a plus. Excellent Italian and English language skills.
