Responsibilities include activities related to R&D, testing, analysis, material characterization, verification and validation of new materials, defining technical specifications for special treatments, failure analysis/investigation on damaged or non-conforming components, collaborating with other departments (Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain), and interfacing with suppliers. Qualification Requirements Materials/Nanotechnology/Engineering Master Degree or similar background Expertise in Additive Manufacturing processes and technologies Broad knowledge of metallic materials and experience with characterization tests Desired Skills Commitment, precision, flexibility, proactivity, reliability Self-organization and self-motivation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills Availability for business travels (short & long term) Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines Due to the nature of work, candidates should be EU Citizens.
