Role Overview Reporting to the Quality Director and collaborating with production colleagues, you will be responsible for product quality performance, operator training on quality standards, monitoring adherence to quality norms/procedures in production, and developing solutions for internal quality issues. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing the audit plan Monitor, close, and report internal and external non-conformities Manage customer complaints and follow-up actions Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys Develop and implement training programs for production staff related to the quality system Draft and update procedures and operational instructions within the quality system, providing guidance to production operators Contribute to the development and updating of internal quality regulations Coordinate with certification bodies and customer auditors during inspections Ideal Candidate Profile At least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments Professional knowledge of ISO 9001 standards Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude What the Company Offers Full-time permanent contract, with occasional Saturday mornings Salary package based on experience, according to company collective bargaining agreement €6 meal vouchers for each day in the office Access to company gym facilities Partnership with a local nursery All job postings are open to all genders (L.903/77).
