Production Planner

Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for a Production Planner. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production planning, optimizing resource utilization, and meeting customer demand. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to align schedules with demand forecasts and minimize stock imbalances Support inventory management strategies, ensuring optimal stock levels while reducing waste and excess inventory Adjust schedules based on changes in customer orders, raw material availability, or equipment downtime to minimize disruptions Generate and present reports on production performance, schedule adherence, and capacity utilization. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering 3 years of experience in production scheduling, supply planning, or a related role within a healthcare FMCG manufacturing environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex production scheduling challenges. Fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with global stakeholders.
