The Category Manager / Senior Category Manager will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards and cater to the needs of students preparing for these competitive exams. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, product development, and close collaboration with various teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Category Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the specific category, aligning with the company’s goals and market trends. Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Category Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts and the product development team to create high-quality educational content and tools for Category preparation. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with content providers, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of superior products. Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, promotional plans, and pricing strategies. Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of the specific category using key metrics and analytics, making data-driven decisions to enhance growth. Customer Insights: Collect and analyze feedback from students and educators to inform product enhancements and innovations. Budget Management: Oversee category budgets and forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations to achieve category goals.
