Employee Relations Lead

Coordinate internal and client-requested events in collaboration with Site Leaders to foster engagement and excitement. Drive motivation and engagement on the floor through Slack channels and TV screen communications. Develop and propose incentive plans to enhance performance and maintain high morale. Recognize and announce top achievers while tracking performance updates. Ensure awareness of key updates and hot topics by regularly updating TV screens. Create and share a monthly calendar of planned fun events with the client. Participate in weekly client calls to review ongoing events and updates. Monitor and report attrition performance through a weekly report for operations. Conduct focus groups and individual meetings to address and manage attrition cases effectively.
