Leading a small but mighty QA team, mentoring and scaling processes as we grow. Conducting functional, regression, and performance testing across platforms. Collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure product specs are testable and well-defined. Championing bug triage, test coverage metrics, and quality gate definitions. Owning release cycles — nothing goes out without your seal of approval. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead/managerial role. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or equivalent). Solid experience testing mobile apps (iOS/Android) and APIs. Proven ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams in agile environments.
