Understand client requirements and build strong talent pipelines. Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless hiring process. Maintain candidate records and update internal tracking systems. Engage with clients to share profiles, get feedback, and manage expectations. What We’re Looking For : Prior experience in recruitment or talent sourcing preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Comfortable with MS Office, LinkedIn, and job boards.
