TUV SUD SOUTH ASIA is Hiring Job Title: Store InCharge Location: Bidkin (Near Aurangabad), Maharashtra Contract Duration: Minimum 15 Months Number of Positions Open: 01 Job Description: As the Store InCharge for a high-profile project at TUV SUD South Asia , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring the smooth and efficient workflow across all departments. Your role will be pivotal in managing operations, inventory, staff, and customer relations to meet the company's objectives and project timelines. Key responsibilities include: Managing Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs efficiently and according to project requirements. Implement process improvements for operational efficiency. Staff Supervision & Development: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of store staff , including overseeing staff schedules , performance evaluations , and training to meet performance goals and project timelines. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methodology to ensure proper stock rotation and minimize wastage. Implement effective stock control processes and ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials for project needs. Monitor and update inventory records using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle . Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Management: Oversee the process of receiving goods, ensuring all deliveries are accurately recorded in the system through GRN (Goods Receipt Note) generation. Ensure that goods received match the purchase orders and specifications before acceptance. Software Management: Utilize store and project management tools like SAP , Oracle , Tally , and Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, sales reporting , and cash management . Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers. Customer Service: Address customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction . Implement strategies to improve the customer experience, especially for project-related inquiries. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales trends , track project milestones , and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Analyze sales data to adjust operational strategies as needed. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales , inventory , staff performance , and project progress for senior management, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making. Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of stock, resolve supply chain issues , and manage any procurement-related concerns to ensure project continuity. Cash Handling & Financial Management: Oversee cash operations and reconciliations daily, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency. Work with the finance team to track and report on project-related expenses. Project-Specific Tasks: Lead and manage the stores involvement in large-scale projects , handling specific logistics, equipment, and material requirements based on the projects timelines and milestones. Promotional Activities & Store Design: Execute promotional campaigns , visual merchandising , and store displays to attract traffic and promote special offers. Tailor promotions for large project stakeholders or special contracts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) or Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) Experience: 4 years for BE/B.Tech graduates, OR 7 years for Diploma holders in a relevant field, with proven experience in store operations , inventory management , and team leadership . Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team. Excellent understanding of inventory management systems , and experience with tools such as SAP , Oracle , Tally , or similar software for data tracking and financial management. FIFO (First-In-First-Out) knowledge to ensure stock is rotated properly and older stock is used first, preventing material degradation or expiry. Experience with Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processes for accurate documentation of goods deliveries and inventory updates. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges and customer concerns promptly. Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Knowledge of working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, particularly for large-scale projects. Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
