HR Analytics Assistant Manager Experience: 4-6 years of experience Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled People Analytics Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging data-driven insights to inform talent strategies, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee experiences. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, consulting expertise, and proficiency in HR data systems to deliver actionable recommendations that align with business goals. The consultant will partner with various stakeholders, including HR leaders and business stakeholders, to deliver data-driven insights that enhance organizational effectiveness and improve the employee experience. Responsibilities Data Analysis and Insights Generation Analyze HR data to uncover trends related to organizational health, hiring, retention, internal mobility, diversity & inclusion, workforce planning, and employee experience. Develop predictive models and dashboards to forecast workforce trends and optimize talent strategies. Analyze recruitment effectiveness, hiring processes, workforce planning, and talent pipelines. Strategic Consulting Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand challenges and provide tailored analytics solutions. Deliver actionable recommendations through compelling storytelling and visualizations for executive-level decision-making. Develop and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to provide analytics support. Project Leadership Lead complex cross-functional analytics projects from hypothesis development to insight delivery. Collaborate with IT, HR Operations, and external vendors to improve data collection processes and ensure data quality. Ensure data quality and enhance reporting processes. Product Development Drive adoption of analytics tools by gathering stakeholder feedback and informing future enhancements. Design user-friendly dashboards and reports using platforms like Workday, Power BI, Tableau, or Visier. Utilize tools like Oracle and Power BI for data extraction and visualization. Training and Enablement Provide training and guidance to HR teams on the use of analytics tools and interpretation of insights. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in people analytics or consulting roles. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python/R), visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in SQL for querying databases Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes. Also has familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) Familiarity with statistical techniques like correlation and regression analysis. Proven track record of delivering executive-level presentations and influencing senior leadership decisions Profile of the Ideal Candidate Data-driven with a consultative approach. Excellent communicator with strong data storytelling skills. Ability to influence executive stakeholders. Proven track record of supplying people related insights and scaling up reporting solutions across the org.
