Operations Associate Location: Unacademy Head Office, Bangalore About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive employee to assist with NPS Calling and Audio/Video Auditing at Unacademy’s Head Office in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset. Key Responsibilities: NPS Calling: Conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) calls to gather feedback from users. Document responses accurately and analyze feedback trends. Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive interaction with customers. Audio & Video Auditing: Review and assess audio and video content for quality and compliance. Identify and report inconsistencies or issues in content. Work closely with relevant teams to improve content standards.
