Every year, we get better, and we have a lot of fun along the way Role Overview: We’re looking for a Framer-first Developer & Designer — someone who can create stunning websites in Framer, design thoughtful UI/UX flows, and occasionally work on graphic design projects like social media creatives. You'll have a dynamic role depending on project needs and workload. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop websites and landing pages using Framer. Create wireframes, user flows and polished UI/UX designs. Translate brand identities into pixel-perfect and responsive designs. Design graphics for social media, marketing campaigns and digital ads when needed. Optimise websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO. Stay updated with Framer’s evolving features and design best practices. Requirements: Proven experience designing and developing in Framer (portfolio required). Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles. Good eye for typography, layouts, and brand aesthetics. Ability to create simple, engaging social media creatives. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory). Ability to balance multiple tasks and switch between web, UI/UX, and graphic design. Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset. Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Figma, Webflow, Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience in animation/motion design (using Framer or other tools).
