Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract HR Service Industry: IT, Healthcare (Domestic and US), Pharmaceutical, BPO Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and act as a strategic partner to our clients as a contract/freelance position . The HRBP will serve as a bridge between clients and candidates, ensuring that recruitment activities align with the business objectives and organizational goals of our clients. The role involves overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle, providing advisory support, and driving strategic HR initiatives for talent acquisition and management. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment Management: Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for diverse roles within client organizations. Client Partnership: Act as a strategic partner for clients, understanding their business needs, workforce planning, and recruitment requirements. Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract high-quality candidates. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate fit. Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordination, and feedback collection between clients and candidates. Offer Negotiation & Management: Serve as a liaison during offer negotiations, ensuring that compensation and benefits align with market standards and client expectations. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent, meeting the unique needs of each client. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that recruitment processes comply with labour laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition and positive experience. Performance & Metrics Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress, time-to-hire, and other key performance indicators. Strategic HR Initiatives: Work closely with clients to support broader HR initiatives, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Qualifications: Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment. Client Management Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage candidate and client expectations. Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data and metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex recruitment challenges. Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Contract Details: Duration: 3 months Working Hours: 6hrs/day with one week off as a Freelancer/Contractor Compensation: max up-to 22k/month
