Position: Junior Healthcare Lead Generation Executive Experience: 2-3 Years Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Junior Healthcare Lead Generation Executive with 2-3 years of experience in Primary Market Research (PMR). The role involves identifying and connecting international experts across industries to support research projects. Key Responsibilities: Analyze project requirements to define search strategies and screening criteria Source and engage key opinion leaders, industry professionals, and C-level executives via LinkedIn, databases, and other platforms Initiate contact through email, LinkedIn, or phone , explaining project objectives and addressing queries Screen and evaluate experts for suitability Coordinate with internal teams to shortlist and recruit ideal experts Schedule and facilitate expert interviews Maintain and update the expert database Build and nurture relationships to expand the expert panel Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years in PMR expert sourcing (qualitative/quantitative) Proficient in LinkedIn sourcing and expert outreach Excellent English communication skills Strong negotiation and networking abilities Time management and adaptability in fast-paced projects
