Job Description
Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Mumbai-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop impactful strategies that boost client engagement and market presence. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities Generate and qualify leads through various channels Manage and nurture client accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients Collaborate with internal teams to create business development strategies Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development Proven experience in new business acquisition Strong sales closing and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Experience in the marketing or creative industry is a plus Note : Working Days - Monday to Odd Saturdays ( 2nd & 4th Saturday OFF )
