Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Consultant for a contract/freelance position to support our fast-growing recruitment needs. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to source, attract, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience and ensuring alignment with company goals and culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates’ fit for the role and organization. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant databases. Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all candidates throughout the process. Maintain compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment or agency setup. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote setting (if applicable). Contract Details: Duration: 3 months Working Hours: 6hrs/day with one week off as a Freelancer/Contractor Compensation: max up-to 22k/month
