Telecalling Intern

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries Explain products/services to customers and convince them to schedule a meeting/demo/purchase Maintain a database of customer information Follow up on leads and maintain a call log Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned
