Responsible for filing visa applications, taking timely follow-ups, and addressing client queries efficiently. Assist clients with immigration paperwork and help secure legal representation where necessary for obtaining work authorizations. Manage visa processing through relevant government portals for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and European nations. Maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed about case status through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Handle daily client follow-ups and assist with form filling and documentation requirements. Manage and coordinate immigration filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with country-specific processes.
