About Position: Hiring for the Technical Project Manager with good exposure on handling projects of Low Code No Code platform skills primarily Appian or OutSystems. Role: LCNC Project Manager Location: Bangalore Experience: 12 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: To Manage end-to-end Project Delivery (Overall Project Management-across all life cycle stages) with strong knowledge of Appian and associated technologies, best practices. To create and manage a strong team to contribute and implement best practices. Own and be accountable for scope, effort, budget and delivery. To ensure process improvement and compliance and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents. Handle Line Manager responsibilities and oversee activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed. Define the program controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program. Manage the risks and issues that might arise over the course of the life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occur. Expertise You'll Bring: Strong knowledge of Appian and associated technologies, best practices. Broad understanding of the industry & technology to be ahead of the curve within the limits of project management guidelines & customer expectations. BFSI & Agile Knowledge will be a plus.
