Job Title: Sales Admin / Ops Manager Experience Required: 3 Years (BFSI) Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Sales Admin / Ops Manager with over 3 years of experience in the BFSI sector to join our high-performing team. This role is pivotal in driving sales excellence by optimizing processes, supporting bid management, enabling data-driven decisions, and implementing AI-powered sales automation tools. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to streamline operations and enhance sales productivity. Key Responsibilities: Proposal & Bid Management: Lead the end-to-end proposal and bid process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compelling submissions tailored to client requirements. CRM & Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and optimize CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline health. Sales Data Analytics & Reporting: Generate, analyze, and present actionable sales performance reports, KPIs, and forecasting to support strategic decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Sales and internal teams (Product, Marketing, Finance) to align goals and deliverables. Process Improvement & Sales Enablement: Design and implement scalable sales processes, tools, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Competitive Analysis & Win Strategies: Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to support sales strategy and develop win themes for key deals. AI & Automation in Sales Ops: Integrate cutting-edge technologies such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and workflow automation to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Administration, specifically within the BFSI domain. Strong expertise in proposal management and bid coordination. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot). Proficiency in sales data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of AI tools and automation technologies in sales operations. Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives. Nice to Have: Certifications in CRM systems or sales operations methodologies. Experience implementing AI/ML-driven sales tools. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in BFSI.
