Technical Manager - (Signaling) India Role Overall responsibility for an assigned technical area to ensure that activities are conducted in accordance with International Standards. Responsibilities Technical lead of the assigned technical area Participates or manages committee work Assure the implementation of new standards, laws, directives, etc. Coordination, assignments of experts Assures training and sharing of the expertise to all experts of his/her area Management of experts’ monitoring Maintains technical documentation (checklists and templates) Authorities Makes decision concerning the assigned technical area incl. Certification Decisions Technical Review of Evaluation Results Represents the CB in committees Approves procedures, checklists, templates Education Scientific MASTER university degree at least 3 years of proven professional experience in the assigned area total exp 10 years. OR Scientific BACHELOR university degree at least 5 years of proven professional experience in the assigned area total exp 15 years. Knowledge of domain specific English terminology Criteria, knowledge Knowledge and experience of standards of the assigned area Certified training program as auditor Technical area SIG: Profound Knowledge and experience in applying the standards: EN 50126-1 EN 50126-2 EN 50128 EN 50716 EN 50129 Experience in the V-Life Cycle Model fail-safe principles according to standards HW/SW Assessment Validation / Evidence of functional behavior Technical safety report / Safety Case content Design Control measures against random failures Design Measures against systematic failures Safety Integrity Concept QMR / SMR Generic and Specific Applications in Signalling Understanding Accreditations Basic knowledge and understanding of ISO 17020 and ISO 17065
