Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Prof Cleaning Chemicals & Tools as well as Consumer Brands & Car Air Fresheners in the Institutional channel in the assigned region, aligned with the company's objectives and targets. Identify and target key institutional clients in the industries mentioned above. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (Purchase Managers, Housekeepers, KST Managers, Chefs, Admin/Operation Managers, Owners, GM’s and other stakeholders in customer organizations ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty). Contacts in Govt (GeM), Pharma / Corporate Gifting & Car Accessories Channel/Market will be an added advantage. Develop and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technical support, to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer projects. Evaluate & appoint suitable distributors and Ensure Primary, Secondary sales along with executing other important activities such as claim, CRM implementation etc. If applicable, lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management. Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements related to the industry. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate new business leads. Desired Candidate Profile Masters' degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of at least 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Building Services Contractors /Facilities, Offices, Retail, Malls, HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering), Industries, Educational Institutes, Institutional Wholesalers & Govt sector. Experience of selling Prof Cleaning Chemicals & Tools is mandatory. Experience in a managerial or team leadership role would be preferable. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Results-driven mindset, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Extensive travel within the assigned territory.
