Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our reach in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and increasing student enrollments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and partnerships. Promote educational programs to students, institutions, and corporate clients. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments. Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and industry trends. Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and key stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and outreach strategies. Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Deliver presentations, webinars, and demos to potential clients. Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients and track sales performance. Provide regular reports on sales progress, market trends, and customer feedback. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Knowledge of the EdTech industry and online learning platforms is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
