Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including: Preventive care Acute and chronic disease management Women's health Minor procedures Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Participate in community outreach and education programs.
