The Role: My client is seeking a solicitor with approximately 6 years' PQE , who can confidently advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including: Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Company formations Corporate restructuring projects Corporate finance and banking transactions Advising on unincorporated businesses Drafting joint venture and shareholder agreements GDPR compliance Partnership agreements, shareholder responsibilities, and directors’ duties The role is full time, based at their Walsall head office, with strong agile working policies already in place.
