Finance Manager - Klerksdorp

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end finance function, including financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls. Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SARS, VAT, Income Tax, etc.). Support operational teams with financial insights and reporting. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and service providers. Drive process improvements and system efficiencies. Manage and develop a small finance team . Requirements: BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (CIMA or SAIPA/SAICA articles advantageous). Minimum 2-3 years experience in a finance management or senior accountant role. Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting standards. Advanced Excel skills essential. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Based in or willing to relocate to Klerksdorp, North West.
