Working hours: Mon - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Job Description: Assists meetings day-to-day functionality and efficiency Knowdelge in AD, azure Provides IT reports for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular device s Coordinate installs and maintains complex software systems Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner Asset Management Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues They should update the user information in an organizational system To update the user access for given IT applications for new and current employees Bilingual: Spanish (Native), English (70%) What we offer: Life insurance Major Medical Expenses Insurance (extends to spouse and children under 25 years of age, if applicable).
