Retail Merchandising Manager – Cosmetics | Greater London Area Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week Our client is seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Retail Merchandiser to bring their cosmetic brands to life in a major retailer across the Greater London area. If so, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities As a key player in the implementation of our merchandising strategy, you will: Execute in-store merchandising to the highest standards Conduct regular store visits, supporting and training our 3rd-party retail merchandising teams Assist with the implementation of planograms and visual merchandising strategies Build strong relationships with store staff and stakeholders Contribute to reports and presentations for management Take ownership of all related communication and store feedback Your Profile You’re highly organised with great time management skills You have strong IT skills – particularly in Excel and PowerPoint You’re confident communicating with all levels of stakeholders You’re proactive, hands-on, and thrive under pressure You’re passionate about retail and take pride in delivering excellence You’re flexible, adaptable, and can work independently Join a team that’s passionate about creating standout in-store experiences and making a real impact in the retail beauty space.
