Job Description
The purpose of the role is to: Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management and labour unions. Conducting investigations into employee misconduct and transgressions of Company policies and procedures. Provides advice to and consult with employees and management regarding Company policies and procedures and government policies, regulations and procedures Requirements: Minimum Qualification: National Diploma in Labour Law/Labour Relations/HR or equivalent at NQF Level 6. Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and CCMA representation Functional Competencies: Ability to consult Excellent verbal and written communication Conflict Management Values: Integrity Professionalism Teamwork Behavioural Attributes: Decision making and Problem solving Negotiating Interpersonal relations Persuasion and Influencing Confidentiality Attention to detail and accuracy Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.
