Job Description
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Preparation of cold and hot dishes Cooking, plating/packaging with attention to detail and presentation Stock control - stock counts, stock receiving and checking, wastage, spoilage and portion control Maintaining health, safety and hygiene standards Managing food safety standards Any other ad hoc duties required by management Skills and Competencies: Quality Control Technical Proficiency Organizational skills Time Management Communication skills Hygiene and Sanitation Requirements: 2 years experience in a CDP role Able to communicate in English and Afrikaans Matric Diploma or certificate in Hospitality will be advantageous Basic computer literacy
