Job Description

Qualifications Matric (Must) A diploma in accounting, debtors will be a great advantage Requirements Must reside in Middelburg MP or willing to relocate. Valid driver licence is a must. Duties Process all debtor related duties for the branch. Follow up on debt collections. Schedule and attend meeting with clients to discuss outstanding payment and account queries. Create and process tax invoices for the branch. Email invoices, credit notes, and related documents to clients on a weekly basis. Have an in-depth knowledge of how job costing and coding processes works and how it connects to client tax invoices. Resolve credit related queries from clients. Process bank payments accordingly to client accounts. Process client credit applications. Assist with switchboard operations. Preparation of quotations for submission to existing and new clients. Process clients new lease orders. Process pro-forma invoices to client for new lease orders. Book transport and arrange delivery of goods to client/s sites as per their PO orders Inspect stock before delivery to clients. Attended meetings at client/s for tender related matters. Assist branch manager where and when needed.
