Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Create and implement targeted CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention Design and optimize user journeys within the CRM platform, leveraging segmentation, automation, and personalization to increase player lifetime value Manage CRM workflows, configure triggers, and integrate data to ensure smooth campaign execution and accurate performance tracking Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and player behavior to refine strategies and enhance ROI Develop targeted player segmentation strategies based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to deliver tailored content Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to align CRM strategies with company goals and ensure data consistency across platforms Conduct A/B testing and explore innovative CRM techniques to maintain a competitive edge in the iGaming sector What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 2 years  in a CRM role, with proven expertise in campaign execution and user journey development Experience in the iGaming or online betting industry  is a strong advantage Proficiency in building and managing complex CRM workflows  with a solid understanding of data integration, segmentation, and orchestration tools Experience with Solitics CRM system  is a plus Strong analytical skills  to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to craft compelling campaign content and collaborate with internal teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment  and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Understanding of the South African iGaming market  and player behavior trends is preferred
