Job Description
Role: Administrative Assistant / Conveyancing Secretary ð Location: Hermanus, Western Cape ð Full-time | Office-based | Salary: Market-related Your key responsibilities will include: Acting as a Personal Assistant to the principal, handling calendar management and correspondence Managing property transfers and liaising with attorneys, paralegals, and clients Transcribing dictations and preparing legal documentation with precision Uploading property listings and advertising materials to portals such as Property24 Maintaining the company website and keeping property listings up to date Receiving instructions from sales agents and coordinating related admin Ensuring all documentation is accurate and aligned with compliance standards What were looking for: Strong command of written and spoken English Meticulous attention to detail this is non-negotiable Calm and professional demeanour, especially when working under pressure A background in property or legal (particularly conveyancing) is a plus Experience with platforms such as Windeed is highly advantageous Tech-savvy with the ability to manage content and listings on online portals
