As a Mystery Shopper/Retail Spotter, you’ll use the SmartSpotter app to complete simple, fun assignments in local stores—such as supermarkets, bottle shops, and convenience stores. Typical tasks include: Checking if specific promotions or products are displayed correctly Taking and uploading clear photos of displays or receipts Reporting on product availability, pricing, and store presentation Answering brief surveys about your in-store observations Assignments are flexible and can be completed at times that suit you.
