Automotive Sales Representative

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs and interests

- Explain features and benefits of various vehicles to customers

- Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle performance

- Negotiate sales prices, including trade-in values, with customers

- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales

- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, financing options, and dealership promotions

- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
