Director - Business Development - Private Equity Practice

Our client, a leading global digital transformation firm, is currently hiring  Senior Director - Sales who specializes in selling to Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.

This role presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive business growth within the private equity sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a set of private equity relationships, demonstrating expertise in business growth strategy and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

• Sell Digital Engineering Services, consulting services, and technology services with a focus on next-generation technologies.

• Develop innovative deal constructs and partnership models to drive business development initiatives.

• Lead sales cycles for business development, partnership arrangements, and presales/bids with private equity firms and corresponding portfolio companies.

• Establish and maintain relationships with industry, trade, and professional organizations to enhance the firm's visibility in the private equity marketplace.

Qualifications:

• Senior-level professional with experience in developing, structuring, and closing innovative services deals.

• Strong expertise in emerging next-gen technologies, Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, ML, etc.

• Mature, responsible, and experienced business development specialist who can complement our existing private equity team.

• Experience in selling into private equity (or portfolio companies)

• Previous experience in engineering/IT services or consulting is preferred.
