What You’ll Do

• Participate as a full time catering coordinator

• Set up catering station at private events

• Set tableware and have a understanding of where utensils and platters go

• Communicate and coordinate directly with clients

• Be able to perform busser, server, or tray passer duties at event to meet all client needs

• Arrive on time, dress professionally, and come prepared to work

• Busser

  • Set tables, arrange and replace silverware, replenish beverage glasses, observe cleanliness and safety regulations, and clean up after events by clearing the tables

  • Constantly be on the lookout for dirty glassware and trash and make sure everything stays clean and tidy.

  • Ensures a hygienic and enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.

• Server

  • Provide professional, efficient, and accommodating service to event guests

• Tray Passer

  • Distribute and serve finger foods and desserts event guests

  • Ensure the event runs smoothly and all guests are attended to
