Job Description


The Business Manager role will oversee planning, reporting, and analysis for all Hilton Grand Vacations entities within Mexico. Additionally, the Business Manager will ensure that financial data is accurately reported for these entities. They will also oversee all financial processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Furthermore, a commitment to our Spirit of Service culture is expected from our team members and should be displayed towards our guests at all times.


Job Specific Tasks


1. Prepare, Review, and Analyze Expenses


2. Financial Statement Analysis


3. Variance Reports Completion


4. Customer Care Oversight


5. Night Audit Process and Reconciliation


6. Collaboration with Resort Operations Teams


7. Financial Results Review and Reporting


8. Capex/Reserves Funding Planning


9. Budget Support and Efficiency Analysis


10. Monthly Billback Reconciliation


11. Ad Hoc Reporting and Support


12. Reports and Excel Modeling


13. Managing Department


14. Internal Audit


15. External Audit

Qualifications


Required Qualifications:




  • 2-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Experience as a Financial Director in Timeshare is a must)



  • Education AA/AS/Bachelor's Degree

  • Years of related experience 3-5

  • Years of management or supervisory experience 2+

  • Management or supervisory experience type Managerial

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Analytical/Critical Thinking Computer Skills

  • Administration and Management

  • Originality, Adaptability, Resilience
