Daily operation Air Export / Ocean Export

Booking with carrier

Setting up all required document

Preparing MAWB(MBL), HAWB(HBL)

Customer Service

Prepare customer Invoices

Job Responsibilities:

Process Air Export / Ocean Export for various customers.

Coordinate with inland trucking for export shipment.

Comply with company regulations

Various other tasks as may be required

Basic Qualifications:

Basic knowledge Microsoft Office Products, including Excel and Word

Able to communicate accurately with customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Cargowise(operating/ invoicing system)

Salary Range 36,000~ 37,000/ Year *Experience preferred
