LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

Description:

Burnett Medical Center is currently seeking a full-time or part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in our Continuing Care Center nursing home.

SHIFT & HOURS:
6:00am-2:00pm and/or 2:00pm-10:00pm shifts, includes every other weekend and varied weekdays

JOB SUMMARY

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides quality resident care. Provides the management and coordination of clinical and other unit activities on the resident unit. Demonstrates personal and professional growth and competent nursing practice.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Wisconsin (or ability to acquire WI license).
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Experience in Geriatric Nursing.
• Administrative or Charge Nurse experience preferred.

Other Information

• Must pass drug screen and physical therapy evaluation at the time of hire.
