Regional Canvassing Director

Northpoint Roofing Systems, a renowned roofing company known for its commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction and ranked 653 on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list along with a 26th position in the competitive construction sector is looking for an experienced Canvassing Director with the ability to inspire and develop managers who oversee a team of canvassers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company sales goals
• Analyze and improve current department practices
• Recruit and develop teams; build teams of canvassers by recruiting, hiring and developing the next generation of managers
• Manage and train staff in canvassing skills with a focus on developing managers
• Provide direction and guidance to help managers meet their goals
• Identify target markets and develop tailored campaigns to reach potential customers
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Willingness to travel to attend events, visit other offices, and support field activities

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing canvassing teams with a track record of developing and implementing successful canvassing strategies and sales growth
• Leadership skills; ability to inspire and build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve collective goals
• Experience in home services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Pest, etc.) preferred
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs; capable of conducting canvassing activities
• Familiarity with tablets, Apple iPads (iPadOS)
• Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
