How you will make an impact:
As a Licensed Plumber at SilverCrest Properties, you have the unique opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of residents and staff alike. In this role, you will direct and manage day to day maintenance, make repairs, and ensure the efficient operation of all building systems and equipment. This position is responsible for the coordination and completion of all work requests, including assigning priorities and delegating tasks while following projects through to completion. Tasks beyond routine maintenance will include maintenance and repairs on all HVAC, heating, refrigeration, water(plumbing) and energy systems to ensure effective operation within our community buildings. 

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, with day-time hours
• Rotating on-call requirements as needed

What you will need:

• High School diploma or GED
• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field
• Prior experience as a plumber at commercial and residential sites
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber
• Licensed Boiler Operator or the ability to obtain within 6 months
• Certified Pool Operator or the ability to obtain within 6 months
• Knowledge of proper maintenance techniques in regards to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Must be able to operate power tools
• Must be able to effectively lead a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in various areas
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow instructions, and interact effectively with residents, staff and visitors
