Outside Sales Rep

HIRING OUTSIDE SALES REPS:

We are looking to grow our team! We are Florida's premier consulting company. We specialize in water purification, solar, widow, and door services for homeowners!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide excellent customer service and follow up

- Identify and establish contact with qualified home owners

- Help guide home owners through the process of getting their homes project completed

JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Direct sales prospecting

- Product knowledge presenting

- Meeting or exceeding weekly sales goals
- Must be self motivated and driven to exceed weekly goals and expectations.

- Conducting initial inspections with homeowners and providing the homeowner with their options and our recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Direct sales experience

- Valid Driver’s License

- Full time position
- Bi-lingual a plus but not required

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

• Bonus opportunities

• Commission pay

• Monthly bonus

• Uncapped commission

• Weekly bonus

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday or Tues to Saturday

• No nights

• Driver's License (Required)
