Outside Sales Associate

  Overview:

  Our firm is currently interviewing for full time Outside Sales Associates. We represent one of the largest solar companies in the country and we are teamed up with the largest home improvement company in the world. There is a great starting hourly rate (paid weekly) to include huge incentives that are based on performance! As an Outside Sales Associate you would run sales consultations leads that were produced within the walls of the worlds largest home improvement store! We provide all of the tools and training needed for success!

What is the pay and what are the hours?

Hourly + Commission – Our hourly rate starts at $15.00 per hour + A commission structure is available and is set up based on performance (range:$200.00-$2000.00 per sale). First year associates should range between $70,000 and $100,000 annually.

Comprehensive training – We’ve been training people to do well in our industry for years! Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, & communication skills they would attain are a bonus for any future endeavors!

Flexible scheduling – We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them! We look for 20hrs per week in the stores. The rest of the week you are creating a follow up schedule for sales presentations. (We are able to work around other commitments such as classes, other jobs, or family obligations).

• Drivers License and reliable transportation

Who would do well in the position?

Anyone that has sold a contract (of any sort) would do well in this role. For example: Cell phone sales, car sales, insurance sales, real-estate sales, or any experience that requires a customer to sign an agreement or contract. 

Our team can train anyone that is eager to dive into the sales world or expand their existing sales career in the renewable energy and home improvement sales sector!
