Annual salary of $65,000 - $95,000 based on experience and certifications

Requirements:

3-5 years of documented HVAC technician experience

EPA certification mandatory

Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, and repairs of residential HVAC systems

Accurately diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults

Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently

Conduct thorough cleaning, adjustment, and repairs of systems

Maintain precise records of maintenance activities

Adhere strictly to safety standards and regulations
