Job Description

WorkHQ is in the process of developing a career platform for both employees and recruiters, based on the principles of data transparency, quantitative assessment, and self-enhancement. The platform's foundation is a data augmentation and analytics layer that enables users to visualize a person's "human capital" through a single, understandable score. This WorkHQ score quantifies a user's work experience and education, and is further enriched with proprietary data signals from WorkHQ to provide a comprehensive ranking of professionals in the same functional role.

Our aim is to assist all users in understanding how everyone "measures up" without the need to sift through individual resumes or LinkedIn profiles or request referrals or recommendations.

To date, our company has raised $26M, even though we are still in the pre-product stage. We currently have a remote global engineering team of 12. The company's leadership is based in Los Angeles.

We are a rapidly progressing startup that values swift iteration and transparency. We are looking for high-energy individuals who are action-oriented.
