Your Contribution:


  • Manage multi-state sales tax return filing through 3rd party including review and reconciliation of data
  • Manage nexus research and ensure general tax compliance, working closely with HR, Legal and other departments as needed
  • Assist with requests for information for Secretary of State registrations and annual report filings
  • Assist the Senior Director, Finance with information requests and coordination of income tax filings with external firm
  • Assist with federal and state sales tax audits, as needed
  • Assist with completion of year-end financial statement notes and disclosures related to taxes
  • Work with corporate tax team, as needed, for information requests or assistance on issues related to US taxes
  • Manage and coordinate responses on inquiries and/or notices from regulatory agencies
  • Prepare account reconciliations, analysis, and general accounting work for tax related GLs

Your Qualification:


  • BS in Accounting and/or CPA
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax compliance
  • Prior experience with Sovos or SAP a huge plus
  • Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
