Your Contributions:
Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their offerings against specified criteria.
Negotiate cost-effective vendor agreements and licensing contracts, ensuring efficient procurement processes.
Intellectually obtain contracts with Software Publishers to maximize value and profitability for the organization.
Manage vendor relationships including contractual terms, product or service performance, procurement procedures, and external software or outsourced services.
Conduct vendor risk assessments and procurement audits and develop governance methodologies for annual assessments.
Evaluate and improve the entire supply chain and procurement process; collaborate with departments for cost reduction and process improvement.
Your Qualification:
A bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or purchasing roles.
Requires strong analytical, negotiation, critical thinking, written, communication and sourcing skills, as well as a thorough understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
Capability to read, analyze, and interpret business and procurement documents.
Occasional travel activities are required, mainly for procurement needs.
