Inside Sales – Military Division

In business for almost 100 years, White Dairy is a military distribution and brokerage company that services the military resale market. We operate both inside and outside the US to service all Military installations worldwide. White Dairy is looking for an experienced inside sales rep that is well versed in client management.

Inside Sales Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Headquarter account calls to buyers and military grocers.
• Work with manufacturers to implement product expansion and manage assigned product lines.
• Presenting New Items
• Promotional/Financial planning
• Distribution/ Retail planning
• Analysis of retailer data
• Achieving sales objectives for each client
• Order and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Negotiation Skills with customers, buyers, shippers, and manufacturers
• Grow new and existing business into long-term, profitable accounts.
• Schedule meetings for existing customers or new customers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, quotations, availability, and production lead times.
• Must be able to communicate efficiently with distributor partners on a weekly basis.

• Able to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and current clients.

Requirements and Skills:

• Sales Experience needed.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to operate effectively with high quality output in a fast-paced work environment, while adapting to quickly changing priorities.
• Possess a high level of integrity while working independently and in a team environment.
• Computer literate with proficiency utilizing Microsoft software products including Excel.
• Basic mathematical calculations to determine weights, percentages, area, and volume.
• Strong phone presence.
